I've got one. Just like you said, there are 75 signed and they went to publishers reps and big vendors. -K

There was a "boxed set" made available after the individual books were released. They are not 1st printings.
Yes, there was a signing in Bangor. I think there were a couple of hundred signed. Stu Tinker got maybe 20, I bought one from him at the time. I've seen them sell for $250 range.
Hardcover? I don't see a King blurb on the paperback.
That's Ari, ! Sorry!
You beat me to it, Ati, 2014 I believe, Field of Fantasy.
Just for the record E-book sales are declining.

First appearance in Playboy or am I getting that confused with a different story?
You are correct.
What Playboy issue is "Cookie Jar" in?
Not aware of it published...

Yes, the deluxe is signed by King, maybe more importantly, it was the last thing Michael Crichton signed in his pseudonym John Lange. Crichton collectors have
been buying this book since it came out...
Nope, I'v e got the calendar not the poster.
Yes, congrats Alec, I have all three traycase also, not matching, we should probably start a list and maybe we can mix and match to get some more sets.
I look at my growing collection and wonder what I got myself into.
I love and I have to have 1st edition 1st printing (Flatsigned by King) of all of Kings books. That is my "poor mans"...
Is that the same Jojo who thought he was a loner but he knew it wouldn't last?
I heard he left his home in Tucson AZ for some California grass?
Bob, you are right on. I remember the owner of the bookstore I frequented at the time telling me "pick up this Thinner title, it's really King" and there
was no band on it and then there were copies...
I tend to agree with Bob on collecting and investing, I never have bought a King item looking for a return, I'll be honest though, considering what some items have cost, I hope
they at least hold...
Yes they are ugly! I made the mistake of buying one and then replacing it!
I use to buy from Overlook years ago and they were OK, but now they just seem to
push so much 'gimmicky' stuff.
Not sure. I guess the simple answer is that they didn't do many but I have no idea how many were done. I recall someone saying a Scribner rep told them that Scribner didn't even do a proof for Cell....
I agree, I love the unique quotes "Don't Let the Big Dog Bite", "Welcome to the Wild, Weird West" etc....
I'm always looking for a King quip I don't have.
