Does anyone know what method of shipping Grant Publishing uses? While Robert was extremely quick to bill me and let me know when my books shipped, he has yet to respond to an email I sent 5 days ago....

I get what you're saying, and yes that is exactly how the ribbons were when I received the books. It's just that the gap in the pages left by the ribbon bothers the hell out of me and causes my OCD...
