My first thought was that someone grabbed her out out the car seat. When I saw the blood, I just assumed that someone with blood on their hands picked her up.

I don't think it was so much about the loyalty toward him, as much as it was a demonstration of how "far gone" everyone is, just like Rick was talking about. That's the type of world it is now....
