The insistence on first editions may be a fine-tuning of the notion that the book (not just the work itself, but the physical edition in question) should warrant the full Dragon rebinding treatment...

Are there two green editions? Of the newly posted pics, I've seen two that are mostly green, and while one has a green spine with red segments (firemonkey66), the other had a red spine (Br!an).
