Thanks, guys. I will check out the database.
For reasons I would rather not publish online, I am needing to sell some of my collection. I figured I would start with my proofs. I don't ever expect to own every proof, so I would rather just not...
Don't misunderstand me, I ordered all of them! I'm just speculating about the future market. If I was any good at that then I might be a little richer than I am.
The Stand and IT always rank the top two in the TDT poll. 'Salem's Lot isn't far behind, but it isn't ahead of The Stand on this board. I also don't see the "IT factor" happening with any of these. ...
$175
Sounds right. I sold one about a year ago for this exact price with a very slight flaw. It seems to fluctuate up sometimes. Usually only when I am looking for one, not selling.
I was offered at $650 a few months ago. I didn't need the book, just the other items so I didn't take it. I can see $700 if someone really wants it.
Even better!

IT 25th Anniversary Cemetery Dance Proof illustrated by Clark, Wells, Orbik NF+ - $495
Do you know if this was the red version or the cover art version?
What is the current value of this proof of IT?

Is it still considered a first edition?
What is meant by third printing before publication? Did they anticipate more sales and print a bunch more?
I can't speak as to value, but what number is that? It looks like # 00.
If it helps the dust jacket is the same for the trade first edition, so not impossible to find, but rather expensive. ...
I'm interested in prints and traycase.
I haven't seen one since, but I don't catch every thing.
I paid about $3300 for my Cujo guitar a year ago. That was after a bidding war. Could be up or down from that depending on who wants it.
I can't find the post where Brian mentions it, but I have marked in my records that the red IT proof has only 12 copies and the full art one has 20.
Betts have sold 2. $45 and $50. They are quite common.
