There is both a slipcase and a tray case that fits the first edition both made by CD.

They are long sold out and no more will be made. The slipcase is hard to find but does come up for sale...

Your best bet might be to try "Jeff Whiley" who makes excellent slipcase at very reasonable prices even though he is in the UK. Cost is usually around $20-30 with the s/h included in that price. I...
