Any idea who the artist/designer of the UK cover is?

Is that the full wraparound cover (seems unlikely as it's taller than the front cover), or just the front of the book in the middle of art?

Given out. It was a one sided (print/art) heavy paper broadside. There were hundreds of them given out. I did obtain a few.
