I had originally ordered these, but after thinking about it decided to cancel them. Could use that $200 for something better. Plus i have a feeling that these will be available much cheaper later...

I noticed that when I oredered my copies, I think its just a generic order page they have, and they gray out options that are not available for each specific book.

I just preordered them from sub press, shipping was only $8.66 total which has to be cheaper than the shipping from PS.
