I would guess that the 2014 publication date is a typo.
PS posted a number of new books to their 'forthcoming titles' page today and they've all been (inadvertently) given a 2014 release date.

I'd feel happy cheering on CD if I had seen any progress on the massive backlog of lettered editions they have still to produce.
