If you have all the others, then I'd say yes. It's a fun movie, and ties into the MCU quite nicely. A welcome change of pace from the "bigger stakes" of the other films.

When Cross was in Pym's house to he was wearing gloves. In one of the close ups he put a hand on Pym's shoulder before he leaves and it was ungloved.
