I am re-listening to The Passage Trilogy and I think it's a true classic epic I wonder why I didn't get the the first time around. Maybe it doesn't get the respect it deserves?

Some things look good in the trailer but it also looks cheap.
The first time I watched it I started laughing that they spending so much time on the first 200 pages then I read this:...
I just got to the huge change in The Passage which I knew there was one but I didnt know it would turn into YA novel. Pretty bummed.
IDK could be good, but the Strain comes to mind, which I hope they see past in this sweeping epic. I'll remain hopeful and watch the first episodes and cross my fingers. I hope, I hope!!!!...
That would be sad since it seems Steve got his book well known from his glowing review. Steve called him on Good morning america too!
Maybe he just doesn't like being lumped into horror....
