Its still available on Whelan's website. Not that cheap, and likely not with a remarque.... but still.

I have no clue, and am doubtful - but if Whelan's "Dragon Art" is as rare as the seller suggests then maybe the price is more realistic.

But thats what eBay is all about. People always try to sell...
