I watched the first season of Twin Peaks and didn't really have an interest to watch more. I love weird shows but it just didn't grab me for some reason.
Yup! In Gem Theater. :)
Yeah, I'm really liking it. I'm 4 episodes in. Looking forward to seeing where it goes.
I'm three episodes into season 2 of Castle Rock and am loving it so far (even more than season 1). Lizzy Caplan is nailing Annie. Her performance really matches up with Kathy Bates's without being an...
In all seriousness, I loved Season 7. Season 8 doesn't exist.
I enjoyed The Neon Demon. Pretty weird, but in a mesmerizing way.
I'm going to let you watch it for awhile and let me know how it is before I commit.
Hey, James!
You could get the free trial of Netflix, right? That's what eventually roped me into it (Thanks, Heather! )
I really enjoyed the first season but agree that it was a bit of a slow burn. I think it did pick up the pace as the season progressed, though. I have the DVDs of the second I'm saving for summer...
Anyone watching Dispatches from Elsewhere? I think it's one of my new favorite shows (only two episodes out so far). I didn't know it was based off a documentary (The Institute) about the real-life...
I hadn't heard of it until my aunt mentioned it at Christmas. She raved about it, but all the bits and clips I've seen at these award shows make it look stuffy and boring. I could be totally wrong,...
How could I forget?
I've been wanting to re-watch LOST since it ended 9 (wait, nine?!) years ago. But you're right, it IS a huge commitment. There's just so many other TV shows on my list that I want to see that keeps...
I love Dark (but haven't gotten around to Season 2 yet, as I definitely need to re-watch Season 1). It gave me some Stephen King/It vibes, too, in the way it plays with time and relationships.
Just renewed for season 2!
I've heard of it, but haven't even gotten around to watching the trailer.
Anybody watching Evil on CBS? I've become really iffy about network dramas in the past few years, but I'm really, really enjoying Evil.
NO SOUP FOR YOU.
Yes, the difference is that my TV OCD won't allow me to stop a 60 minute show halfway through.
