How did politics creep into the ebay thread?
I love ebay since they started £1 max selling fees. I have saved a large amount in fees over the last few months.
For info:
Royal Mail's parcel division is called Parcelforce. You do not automatically get a tracking number with Royal Mail. You have to ask for it and it costs extra. Maybe this person did not pay...
I always give feedback, for that reason. As a buyer, I want the seller to know I received the item and all is well.
This should be perfect. The picture has the site address but it is not a hyperlink.
Another tip... paypal history goes back forever.
When you search completed auctions - you can list from highest to lowest - and it will place the best offer accepted in that order as well - so if it fall between 2 books that went for 300 and 350 -...
Exactly.
I wish I paid $5,000,000 a year in tax. And I'm not kidding.
In the UK we get ebay + points. Same thing really.
List things on ebay at 0.99 and it's free. Then when you get some bids, cancel auction and sell offline. Cost zero.
Ebay will eventually catch you though. Then just open another account.
Yes, I think you have to be pretty close to the full name.

It's 4.30 pm here...close enough. Hic!
FYI: This only applies to ebay in the USA. The UK has different laws, and this would not be allowed.
