I've read a bunch of Bentley Little, I like his stuff, but he uses the same basic set up for several of his stories. Glad he's making a living at it though! Also, glad to see that CD supports him!

Nope. They're awesome editions that are better than the originals. I prefer reading CD books over pretty much any other press. The paper, font, illustrations, etc. enhances the reading experience...
I especially enjoy the map of Salem's Lot.

Well considering that it didn't workout with him doing subterranean presses go at the shining, I can't see that happening. His work is great, but sk illustrations in an expensive limited edition...
Got my gift edition, looks great. The paper stock is great. The book feels comfortable.
