Always remove the price stickers. After a while the chemicals in the glue seep out leaving a stain on the cover.

I think most people in the US got numbers over 500. I got mine on December 19 and it was number 620.

I ordered mine on the December 11 or 12 and go it on December 20, no damage to package or book, which surprised me given the flimsy packaging.

I found three more of the "anomaly" edition and I can offer them to people here for $45 shipped media mail, US shipping only.
