Jeff can make any size slip case. He can even put an SK on the side if you would like. the tricky part is stacking them up to measure them

Jeff will do slipcases. If you design the plate he will get it made at cost. If you want no plate and just a case he will make that as well.

Wouldn't really work. It would only work for one nook since the spine and front would have to be the same plate. You could do it all on the front but not spine and front

I wouldn't mind a generic Brandon Sanderson one. I have most of his books signed.

I usually order in bulk from him. Sometimes 4 or 5 at a time and the shipping is reasonable. If you order one the case is 12.95 and the shipping is 10 so not really economical

If you have an image that you like I usually just put it through a program that turns it into a vector image (allows for scaling and a standard flat image in 2 colors). After it's done in there out...

Usually Simon or I design the cases or just the person requesting it designs it and sends them over to Jeff for plate creation.

EDIT: I would recommend a generic plate for Gaiman unless you are...

That's right he does have a plate for all of them I forgot about that.
