Generally speaking, our "review copies" -- which will have publication information on the back -- are printed in a run of 50 copies.

Our "interoffice proofs" -- which do NOT have any publication...

It was indeed a very low run, just for publishing business VIPs and some trade reviewers who needed a copy extra early. I had a little more budget than normal for review copies on this project and...
