I too have that information of a first print run of 2000 copies, but I dont remember seeing that banner before. I'll have to forward that picture to the french bibliographer of King !

And I dont know if you noticed in your copy, but the SP even goes through several pages! It's not the case of my own copy which only has it on the back cover.
