I second mcdonaldj's advice that you should plan to stay a night (or two) at The Stanley as long as you are going to be there anyway. It isn't all that big but I think you would want plenty of time...

I saw one this morning on ABE. A signed US trade of TWTTK for $395. Seller said it was signed with a black sharpie and was obtained at the concert.

It seems to me that a common thread among all of these stories about King events/signings is that any real time with King is very limited and the most fun is had by meeting and talking to other King...
