He did make both. As i recall I paid $50 to betts for my tray case! Funny considering I only paid $80 for Six Stories (from The Overlook Connection).

I have a signed Gift Edition. ! Way back when King was accepting two books (lifetime limit) to be mailed, signed and returned I got my gift editions of Desperation and Insomnia signed! :-)
