The Jean Cocteau store finally posted their signed copies of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms yesterday, but they must have sold out pretty quickly. It came up as out of stock by the time I saw them...

Folio is only researching titles they are interested in with their existing customer base at this stage. (and they have only mentioned AGOT so far.)
I don't believe they sell direct through Amazon...

The Folio Society sent me a survey today asking about several "cult classics" that they are thinking about publishing. AGOT was one of the titles mentioned.
Folio is far nicer than Easton, so I hope...

The second edition of book 1 has the John Snow cover in the same style and has of course gotten fairly expensive as a result. They don't show up all that often unfortunately.
