The actual Advance Reader's Edition does have them, but the "manuscript" proof/ARC does not--it is smoothly cut.

I wasn't going to get a trade edition since I have both the ARC editions, but it looks like I'll have to pick one up.

Maybe I'll wait until the furor dies down and get one off eBay.
