$100 for dust jacket is reasonable. I don't know what the S/L prints have sold for recently, if at all - there are only 200, but keep in mind it is also double matted and framed, which is $250 or so.

BTW - Firestarter prices have doubled in the last 6 months. I've been looking for a decently priced book for ages.
