As happens so regularly these days my memory is faulty. George refers mostly to the month and year of the early Doubleday releases without giving a specific day of the month in his book.

If I recall correctly, George Beahm used specific release dates in his book THE STEPHEN KING STORY. I think they were incorporated into his text and not in a comprehensive list. I'm not sure where...

I would second Mr. Rabbit Trick's concern about accepting these without validation. Some of the early ones don't jive with information I have but who's to say who's right and who's wrong?
