Just out -- mine came in on Saturday and it's the first wave.
The ones I get from Scribner are usually pretty banged up.

My copy arrived last night.
That was a limited run done, I believe, for early review sites. I don't think there are many of them.
There's a full-page b&w illustration facing the title page and six "spot" illustrations, one at the beginning of each chapter, all by Mark Edward Geyer.
It's tiny, by the way. 7" x 5" / 146 pages.
Two copies -- definitely better than one!
