"No refunds" is not a thing - if you used a credit card, you just say it's not as described and you send it back, and you charge it back.
I'm not saying you should or will - but you could.

I also don't blame Ebay for these problems.
The problem I would have is that you're then letting somebody at Ebay - hardly an expert - make decisions about signatures, or anything else like that....
Nope.
I'm not sure this is the best thread to ask this question!
"Hey, I'm going to be a questionable seller, so what tricks can I use to scam people..." Haha
But, seriously, another thing to think...
I posted this a week ago and most of us don't like it.

Even though I'm not calling this a clear-cut, absolute, no-doubt fake, it's the loop in the G that kills it for me - I don't like any of it, but that's the most fatal flaw. Looks like a careful...
I'll be devil's advocate and say that sig doesn't horrify me.
HOWEVER - I do think I see hesitation at the 'g' loop. I'd never buy it, but I'm not personally ready to declare it a definite fake....
I bought two fakes earlyish in my collecting - they were a trace job so looked good in the image, and the price was just too good to be true.
In my "inventory," I've since rolled the price of the...
I think both those 1974 signatures are good - not just the signature but the whole inscription looks fine. The "1974" in both is basically identical.
Tough with those early sigs, though, since...
I did this a few times years ago...it's a pain, not sure it's worthwhile, but worth doing. Plus, if nothing else, you feel like it might accomplish something! So I'd keep plugging away.
Right - the best defense is being an educated buyer - ultimately anybody with a clue can do research before spending stupid money on bad autographs.
It's easy to blame Ebay - but I'm not sure I...
There are currently five bidders on this piece of ****. The current high bidder has a feedback of four. Obviously he/she doesn't know what they're doing.

Wow, it sold for...
Considering your first time obtaining a King signature, in front of him, was less than 3 months ago, how can your opinion be trusted by anybody? And what do you base that opinion off of?[/QUOTE]

It probably accomplished what you wanted since with that 'disclaimer' I doubt people are going to line up to buy!
I don't know -
It's a waste of time if you're expecting the person to say "my God, you're right! I'll pull all my listings!"
But there's not really any harm in letting a bad seller know that...
Yeah, but you wouldn't be on the receieving end - because you don't sell crap.
The "It" looks like a trace job.
I have no problem with the FK - but if I don't like one, I'm obviously not going to like the other!

That signature is terrible!
I'm shocked it's even in dispute - totally fake.
Yeah, you're right - just by the sheer numbers, it would have to happen. Although, nobody knows for a "fact" unless you're the one selling the fake! Haha
