All right - fixed it down to $1k.
I will readjust! I was seeing some sold at stores for that much!
Hello friends!
I have sold the Regulators S/L! Thank you so much for your interest!
Still nothing? January is almost over and I am champing at the bit for new King news!
Hey there supercollectors!
Does anyone happen to have a copy of the Dolores Claiborne publisher's letter? If you could relay what it says, I'll be so grateful!
Oh cool! Thanks for the knowledge!
Does anyone know why Skeleton Crew and Tommyknockers were published by GP Putnam's Sons while King was still under contract at Viking?
The books were summer capers, and in that regard they succeeded well, I think. Not King's best works, for sure, but not bad either. Just fun. I liked them much more than, say, Joyland.[/QUOTE]

Why was McCauley pissed? This is the first time I'd heard that and I'm fascinated. I wonder if King rewrote it at all.
But thanks, Bev! I'm trying to find one for a tattoo.

Hey all! First off, I'm glad I have evidence of people using my page for research, 20 years in! Second off, yeah - In Sunlight or In Shadows was announced yesterday on Lawrence Block's...
Anything further? I'm so eager!
My initial impression was OMG BAD. The more I look, the more some of them seem pretty good. Dolores Claiborne is great, as is Misery. 4PM is pretty good, ditto Long Walk and Tommyknockers. The...
I have been listening to the audio version of Christine for the past week or so and have come to the conclusion that it isn't a very good book. A lot of the dialogue between Dennis and Arnie sounds...
I've been coming by more and more. I'm hoping for info about new books soon! :)
Note about the revisions: the text version has the revisions, but the audiobook uses the original text. That may be a practical way of going through things to see/hear the differences.
Has anyone heard anything King's planned post-End of Watch? Normally by this time in the cycle, we usually would have heard at least one (if not two!) books ahead. Thoughts? Rumblings? Rumors?
