The early contact you are referring to is an exclusive benefit awarded to fully paid up members of the CDCC. It is not automatically applied to everyone.

What else could it be? I am sure King would be willing to sign 26+ signature sheets.
If it is signed by King I bet it lasts all of 3 minutes before its sold out.
