Perhaps I'm mistaken (happens a lot), but you should be able to create an entry to our wiki.

The full leather bound is the lettered edition. . The quarter bound leather book is the 1/150. The blue cloth bound is the 1/400.

I'm thinking that Hearts in Suspension should go in the Trade 1st editions section of the Catalog.
