I want that poster!
Love that poster!
And the trailer!!!

OMG. That looked UN-FUCKING-REAL. Like if that trailer shows what the actual movie will be... wow. Man oh man... watching again. And YES that spooked me!
That was pretty much what I'd hoped for. Now begins the long wait for September.
They nailed the look, they nailed the feel, and from the looks of it, they nailed the cast. Muschietti's love for the novel oozes out of the detail they've recreated in Derry. Keeping Skarsgard hidden for the most part is a smart move, and I am very keen to see his approach.
I liked it. Good effort with the Georgie part at the end.
I love the novel and loved the miniseries (initially anyway, but it's still a kind of love), and having read and watched this story so many times, although I was excited for the trailer and the full movie, part of me thought "how can they give me the heebie-jeebies with Pennywise, after all this time?" Then he popped up in the drain...
At least we'll get one great SK movie this year :)
Can't wait!
It's kind of funny; all the 15 year olds on YouTube are calling it a ripoff of Stranger Things.
As much as I want to get down on my knees and start grovelling to the producers, I don't want to get too excited. Just in case you know. But damn...
Me too, but I just can't help. I feel like inevitably I'm going to be disappointed because I've hyped myself up for this film so much. Hopefully that doesn't happen though.
:clap::clap::clap:
I love it!
Can't wait for this. Looks amazing!
Just for fun I wanted to see what the poster would look like wo the text pushed to the side and wo Georgie.

and wo Pennywise which I think is more unsettling.

It looks good but I think the kids in the miniseries fit the book better. I can look at Richie and Eddie and easily identify them as being who they are in the book, I can't do that with any of the guys here except for Ben and Mike for obvious reasons.
