God, I loved Saltburn.
Leave the World Behind was interesting, but I didn't love it. I might need to rewatch it.
I enjoyed Leave the World Behind, but the pace was a little slow and the runtime could've been 20 mins. shorter. The son was awful.

The early part of the year is always hit or miss and while I thoroughly enjoyed Dune, a few of the other films I've seen in 2024 have ranged from blah to truly dreadful.
Netflix's Lift is the very worst Netflix has to offer. While going over my list to add here I didn't even remember that film. A truly uninspiring, paint-by-numbers action film. Argylle should have been so much fun. Vaughn has proven to be a pretty dependable director, but Argylle is a complete mess.
I love the Coen Brothers, but I think they should continue to direct as a duo. Drive-Away Dolls was insanely boring. I actually fell asleep in the theater and woke with a start as the credits rolled. That never happens.
I've been waiting for Spaceman for a few years now. I love Mulligan (who is wasted here) and Paul Dano, and I'm a big fan of Sandler's recent serious films like Uncut Gems and Hustle That being said, Spaceman is a pretentious, cliched snooze fest. Come on 2024, you better not disappoint.
