Very Fine Books is featuring the 1250 Artist's Edition as now available through them for $225. Given that that's double the cover price of a just a week or two ago, I think that's an extraordinary inflation of pricing, to put it politely, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone missed out on that edition and just has to have a copy, no matter what the price.
I think Dave at Overlook has a couple still available as well if anyone is looking....
Dark Regions has some and they're offering a Stephen King Bundle that's not outrageously overpriced.

All the hubbub with the S/L made me realize I haven't read Misery in waaaaay too long (decades?), so I decided to 'reread' it by listening to it. For anybody that likes audiobooks or wants to give them a try, the audiobook for Misery read by Lindsay Crouse is really good. She does an excellent job reading Annie (so far, anyway, I'm probably a third of the way through) and I find that I like the book even more than I remember. Makes me itch for August to roll around:)
