This isn't the movie tournament, Tommy!! ( I vote for The Wall...far more exposure for the band and the general public IMO.)

I did a search for Rolling Stones most iconic album and the first one to pop up was Exile....hope that's OK amd013 (feel free to change it if ya want) and for Pink Floyd it did bring back The Dark Side of the Moon but I'm going with a three way tie on this one, it really is impossible....
