Have you guys received an email confirmation regarding your order? I have not but it appeared that my order went through. Unless my bank decides to deny the transaction, again.....
Well played, Brian!
Yes, I received an email confirmation from Waterstones right after placing my order.
I submitted a shipping comment using the link Simon provided. I hope you all do, too.
Did you check your Junk mail folder? I received pretty quickly when I placed my order, but I've had other sites where the confirmation email ends up filtered into Junk (sometimes it's even from a site I've ordered from multiple times before and never have an issue later on, even)
I got a copy and a confirmation email.
Well, that didn't take long :)

I also received a confirmation E-mail and per Simon's advice asked them to wrap it real nice!
Thanks, guys. Delayed reaction I guess as the confirmation finally showed up.
I submitted a ticket as well to have them send the book in a padded box. Hell I'm paying 250GBP plus 12 for shipping least they can do is protect the damn thing in more than a mailer.
 CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION!
"AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF ORDER."
Mine is the same as Jerome's:
Availability at time of order: Awaiting publication
Just saying that it states that the book may NOT have been available at the time you ordered.
"The birds were in the bush & not in your hand" so to speak.
I used the contact link listed upthread. It will be interesting to hear what if any responses we receive.
I said:
I ordered the signed limited today. In the past, Waterstones shipping of books to the USA often were inadequately packaged, resulting in damage to the book. Since there are only 250 of the books, there likely won't be any to replace damaged copies.
Please pack mine in a fashion that will insure it arrives safely.
I'm more than willing to pay extra for robust packaging.
Best,

Order # 12******
Apparently sold out now.
I'll let you all know how mine is packed. My shipping was free within the UK so they'll probably just stick a stamp on the slipcase
