Of course, I'll be looking for a proof.

Published November 2014 a good guess?
It's not collecting discussion, but I do know a little about the basic premise of the novel from King's recent UMass Lowell appearances:

The part germane to this discussion begins at about 6:23...
Yeah it definitely sounds very interesting. I've been really enjoying King's purely realistic fiction of late (Batman & Robin..., Premium Harmony). Hope it's something like that.
It is the internet, so why not try to post info as soon as possible.
I put up a Wiki article with a mock-up image (thanks thanks thanks to Harrison Ryan-who should BTW just do the cover for the real book-the fucker produced the cover image in 24 hours!).
Please, please, if anyone finds ouy an ISBN, Page count, anything to add I will. I have no problem posting reasonable speculation, as long as it's labeled as such.
Saw that.... Came here for more info. THis is the premiere site for sk/dt info
Mr. Mercedes is being published in the UK on 3 June 2014. I just pre-ordered a copy:

John
So did I, thanks to you, John!!!
That's funny. I just ordered the US edition from Amazon.com!
Maybe we should get local copies and just swap :)
You should have waited for the exclusive "Waterstones Edition". :)
I'll be getting that one also. And probably the WH Smith one too!
John
That "exclusive" Waterstones edition of Dr Sleep... wasn't the only difference that it had an additional foreword by SK? If that's the case it wasn't that exclusive, I picked the same book up from Asda (or may have been Tesco's) with that foreword in it.
My thanks too John. I also ordered the UK hardcover.
Sigh ... here we go ... again ...
"I will not buy every edition, I will not buy every edition, I WILL NOT BUY EVERY EDITION!"
Sure you won't James, just as will I not buy every edition (and I keep telling myself this until I actually start to believe it)
Has anyone even heard of a proof/ARC of Mr. Mercedes? None of my contacts has been able to find one.
John
There should only be a US proof this time. No UK proof.
