From yesterday's newsletter..
Our printers, TJ International also sent us one copy of each of the three volumes of THE TOMMYKNOCKERS by Stephen King. As you can see they do look lovely and we can’t wait to see the completed item. Don’t get too excited as those three books have only just been sent to the slipcase makers (MacCarthy’s) and the signing sheets are still on their travels being signed by the introducer Angela Slatter and the artist Daniele Sierra. Angela has done the deed already and sent them along to Daniele so we’re on the way. But still two or three weeks. So it’ll be a little while yet.
Those customers who are still waiting for their deluxe edition of THE COLORADO KID should go into the weekend feeling a little more cheerful. Copies are in and will be sent out to customers on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Our apologies for the delay. We showed a few examples of the goofed volume to one or two trusted readers and just about everyone felt we were making a something out of nothing but, in the end, we felt we should make every effort to do the best we could manage. They were supposed to go out this week but with holidays and a lot of other demands on the mailing room we had to wait another two days.
My card was charged last week - and yes, that was for the lettered Night Shift.Quote:

It must be nice to be rolling in dough (and money too) to be able to buy all those lettered books! If you ever get tired of dusting them I'll take them off your hands (for free!), no problemo.
