Dude... I was JUST thinking this. I did some homework and they are called "They All Float" cards. 1/20. I cannot imagine why they would not be? It is signed by king, limited to 20, numbered by King And all inscribed. Here is the link:

I agree that it should be included, due to the limited number. It’s an interesting item for sure. There are other cards in the series that include swatches of King’s shirt. I’m not sure if that’s cool or creepy though!
