I've heard that solution from other people.

Edge works fine too.
Thanks, that works. It's stupid since Chrome owns like 70% of the browser share markets, but in the international world (besides Russia & China), but. hey.
The episode 1 had leaked online, I guess i'll watch the #1 that way and then #2 from the website with safari.
Thanks again
Great start. Loved Holland Taylor. Really good casting.
Can't help but see similarities from that first scene played out in real life yesterday. Horrible.
Agreed. Shocking thing is, this sort of thing has been happening a lot lately in different countries. And different terrorists are responsible too. It's scary sometimes how life follows art, and I'm not suggesting for one moment they read the novel. It's just worrying how evil people can be in real life, and that fiction isn't so far from reality.
Thankfully there are good people willing to stand and be true as well, in real life.
Sorry, that last sentence was a bit corny. Just wanted to leave my post in a positive light.
I was shocked to realize that Kelly Lynch was the blonde DR. in Road House, and was the beautiful blond in Cocktail.
They sure made her look haggard in MM.
I was watching the video without sound for a while and was trying to figure out who the heck she was in Mr. Mercedes. I wasn't paying attention to all of the actors names when I watched the first episode. Anyway, what an amazing transformation she makes in the show.
Any short term verdict on the show so far? I'm liking it, but it is moving a little slow. But I guess they have to stretch it out to make a whole season. Digging the casting and all the characters so far. IMO it is a pleasant surprise.
My wife called Brady's mom as Kelly Lynch from Road House, which I did not catch. I couldn't believe it was really her.
It's moving a bit slow, but still has my attention. I do like the casting choices.
I'm a few episodes ahead -- I do like the casting of Holly, despite the character being younger than in the book. They make a strong, subtle case for it, and the actress is a delight.
So far, it seems to be going very well. Like you said, great casting!!!
Seems to be dragging a bit. Had a hard time believing Janey would sleep with Hodges, even though he is only ~9 years older.
That did seem like an odd change from the book. I didn't mind them adding his neighbor and thought she might end up as a romantic interest. But the relationship with Janey should have stayed strictly business IMO.
EDIT: I just realized I'm mixing up Janey with Holley. I guess I need to re-read the book again.
His interactions with Jerome seem odd to me as well. It's been quite awhile since I've read the book but I thought he actually sought out Jerome's help more than trying to drive him away?
I like the series so far. But it seems Hodges is portrayed much more surly then I remember him in the book. His attitude annoys me in the series.
Keep your eyes open for King's cameo on this week's episode. Steve posted a behind-the-scenes shot on twitter.
Watched first episode on RTE 1 (Irish channel) bloody loved it! Gleeson is great. Can not wait for next week...
Even thogh it's a bit slow, I'm looking forward to tonight's show.
Must be my week(s) for long shows. Currently immersed in Ken Burns 18 hour documentary on the Vietnam war.
