We are strictly voting based on the aesthetics and the design of each flag, not taking into account any geopolitical issues. This was a pretty tough choice actually, and with a slight hesitation I had to go with the UK. One of the best flag designs ever, but I don't think it'll make it all the way,
OOOOOHHHHH bears don't want to vote!!! UK is, as you said, one of the best ever, but I don't want Angola to drop out! Grrrrrrr....
