Congratulatons John! I hope that you are doing everyday better
On a reasonably regular basis, I'll be living my life, doing my day to day thing, when suddenly I am struck by the memory that THIS happened. And I have a small freak out... Then I get back on with my day.

The winner will have several choices, but to multiple copy collection is available this year. BTAIM, I'm sure the winner will be thrilled.
Manchester :-(
Sad day...
Just watching news footage of the bombing. Terrible.
Random thought:
I HATE pinned tweets. I go to the twitter pages I go to in order to see updates - about a developing news story, a live sporting event, just about anything...but first, I get "hey, here's the thing I did/said 2 days ago that I think is really important!"
I understand why they exist, I'm not saying they shouldn't, and of course the tweeter has the right to post what and how he/she wants etc. But I still hate them.
Thank you! It's a book about SK life, works, adaptations, inspirations, curiosities, illustrators that worked with him, unpublished stuff, collecting world. Well...basically I tried to put everything I knew and investigated about Stephen King in a book. The publisher limited the total to 600 pages so it's not all there. :)Quote:
Great stuff. I wish I spoke Spanish.
Forgive me if you have explained previously, but what is your book about?
Thanks.
LOL! Telling the truth, she was really caution with the books and she was really happy to do the interview (she recorded for more than 2:30 hs!)Quote:
It was a very nice interview. She did sort of paw at the books though.
Thanks for that! :)Quote:
Here's a page that explains it very well.

The translation isn't so great, but you will get the idea.
I'd love to! No plans for translated editions yet, though.Quote:

Random Gremlin update....
after two+ years of engine swaps, brake disc upgrades, tranny and rearend upgrades, and pretty much every other mechanical part replaced or rebuilt....
and after enduring the Payless Automotive owner rudely wrecking the car into their garage wall and causing almost 4000.00 worth of damage....
The 1970 Gremlin finally went into the body restoration shop last week... it is destined to get a $10,000.00 restore. Every rust spot taken out and replaced with new metal, doors realigned, every ding removed, all the damage done by Payless Automotive repaired, all the seams shaved, everything painted with a premium paint job inside and out.
It's going to take a couple of months, but after that, it'll be ready for the upholster (all 2-toned leather) and then the 12,000 watt sound system.
Yeah... I know... it's a Gremlin... but it's going to be one mighty fine ugly car. In for a penny, in for a pound.
