Take alot out of the hand to sign 750 copies. I guess they had to switch pens to avoid cramping up :)
I don't think he signs them all in a single sitting. Remember the S/L FIRESTARTER? He signed those over a period of four days. So he probably switched pens from day to day in this case. I wouldn't be surprised if there are copies with two black sigs and copies with two blue sigs, too.
