The Great Movie Tournament - 2000s: Round 5 - Group 6 of 16

During the fifth round of The Great Movie Tournament, please vote for one film you would like to move onto the next round. The top film will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given film receives will determine its standing going forward.

Man, stunned that District 9 is getting clobbered here. For sure I thought this would be one LOTR that would fall this round if any of the three would.

I think it's unlikely a LOTR film would fall in a tie breaker round. I feel like for one of them to be knocked out it'll have to be in a main round or the tie breaker would have to be between 2 LOTR movies.

The Lord of the Rings is just a massive franchise for the decade. It's just so popular. I'm not surprised at all.
