Love the Doctor Sleep set.
Thanks guys.
I used to clip articles from the newspapers and preserve them under plastic in newspaper size giant scrapbooks, until I'd filled five of them up. I haven't done this in a long time, until I cut out the IT movie gross article, which is in the upper right corner of the first photo. These are larger in my gallery for anyone who's interested. I think the scrapbooks date back to somewhere in the late 70s or early 80s, and there is Stephen King material on both of the samples below:

Those are neat!
Just to show it off, I yanked my 1st/1st NIGHT SHIFT off the shelf, almost dropped it, blew the dust off and took some pictures. It's in pretty good shape; in fact, it's in much better shape than I am:

It certainly is in top condition, Steve.
Nice!
I found an edition of CITY OF MIRRORS today at Bares & Noble that I didn't yet have. 1st printing with a blurb by King on the bottom of the front cover:

Here are some dozing lovelies I found on the shelves of my local Kroger store this morning:

Here's a joke I made up:
Q. How do you become a world famous author?
A. Have Stephen King's son do you a favor, then you'll be owin' King.
Interesting bookends :orely: And don't quit your day job :)
Today I received this super rare, extremely hard to find Bound Copyedited Manuscript of William Shatner's groundbreaking hoarsie book. This man is not horsing around! I am tremendously, frighteningly and monstrously excited about this. Oh yeah, I also got this S/L Waterstones book from some guys named Sling, or Ming or Fling, something like that. Both books arrived in excellent shape:

Nice hoarsie book :cowboy::deadhorse:. That other one is ok too I guess
I bought the Gauntlet S/L edition of I AM LEGEND by the legendary Richard Matheson from Anubis2347, and it arrived in fantastic shape, and very well packaged. If my LEGEND collection still isn't complete, at least it's closer. Well worth the $20,000 he charged me for it. I still owe him postage though:

Love it.
Holy hell, love it. Legendary display... You are Legend.
My slipcases from CD and my mask from herbertwest came today. Now I can finally get my beauty sleep.

Great stuff, Steve!
I think it's on page 67, you have a Salems' Lot. Is that truly a first ed with a first state dust jacket? With the $8.95 price and the Father Cody error? If so, all I can say is DAYUM :lovely:. I know there are very few of these and to actually see one is really cool. I have to be satisfied with my 3rd state which get's no love at all. But besides that Slaems' Lot, you have quite the collection.
Yes, I have one of the five (I think) uncut dust jackets that were found on the bottom of a filing cabinet at Doubleday and used for checking purposes. I knew the right person at the right time. I just got lucky.
 wow. That's about all I can say right now.
It has been raining all day here, I am tired of watching THE WALKING DEAD season 7 DVDs for the moment, and I need something to do, so I am going to take pictures off all or most of my King proofs for no particular reason other than it's something to do and also fun. Here is the first picture:
