Sweet, four novels in two years. Way to retire, Uncle Steve!
If not from a source then a very educated guess, I'd say.
I can confirm the first one. Knowing that the second is HIGHLY probable.
I do not think this evil king moves away from traditional horror genre, when you personally experience many stories and novels of genres that are not classic terror.
The night after the King appearance in Toronto some old lady struck about 20 cars before knocking over a power line. I haven't seen any explanation in the press as to what happened. Maybe she is Mrs. Mercedes.
Seems June 2014 is confirmed for this novel. CD has the ISBN (978-1476754451) and page length (500): http://www.cemeterydance.com/page/CDP/PROD/o_king100 But I can't find any other confirmation, other than a page at Amazon Japan.
It's on amazon.com since a few days. Amazon lists June 3 as release date and 496 pages.
Any idea when the S/L will go on sale?
Yep :)
LOL it begins again - think a book tour is in the works?
Mr. Mercedes has been listed on Amazon with a publication date of June 3, 2014:

Cemetery Dance has also announced this and is offering (via pre-order) a slipcase:

Guess what was just added to my Xmas list? LOL
I will take any event that is run as well as the Toronto event. I could not have dreamed up anything better.
Was an excellent, very smooth event. One of these a year would rock my world.
BTW was great to meet you, even tho I still think we've met before...
Colorado was worse. Not a whole lot of signed books compared to attendees.
But the event itself was pretty good and was great hanging out with members
I actually think this is a story that would go better with the "Hard Case Crime" line over Joyland (unless they only do certain lengths, Joyland and Colorado Kid are both pretty small).
June 3 has been confirmed by the official site.
King talked a bit about Mr. Mercedes in Paris. Video here: http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/...l=1#post813385
Absolutely nothing that we (us as collectors) dont know ;-)
