Roadwork-Bart Dawes wrote....(1973)
Bart Dawes wrote his resignation from the BLue Ribbon Laundry and cleared out his office. Dawes gave the staff of the Blue Ribbon the day off after the hearing of Johnny Walker's death. At 9am the Thomas McAn company signed papers on the Waterford Plant the Blue Ribbon was supposed to take over. At 2pm Dawes met with Steve Ordner and refused to explain why he had not signed on the Waterford plant. He then went to Magliore's Used Cars and told Magliore he wanted to buy explosives. Magliore refused to sell them to him. When Bart returned home he was confronted by his wife Mary wanting to know why he was self-destructing.
