One of, if not the first King S/L to have an unsigned "Gift Edition" produced. A print run of 3,750 gift editions with dust jacket and slipcase. Though a wonderfully looking, well-made book, the text in both editions was marred by typographical errors. Reportedly typeset from an early disk, not the final disk. The limited is bound in red faux leather, as is the matching three-piece traycase. The "Gift Edition" is bound in blue cloth, as is the matching slipcase.
