Lord John Press produced 26 lettered, 250 Deluxe (quarter bound leather, orange marbled paper), and 1,000 numbered (quarter bound cloth, with printed boards). An indeterminate number of copies in at least four presentation states were also produced. A book small in stature and short on word count, the presentation was nonetheless striking.
