Hey everyone.

These are the submissions I received for our Donation Wall image this year. They are truly amazing and I really appreciate all the effort people made in creating them. :grouphug:

This image will grace our home page with the names of everyone who contributed anything to the fund raiser for the rest of this year. I think it's really cool to let who visit our home page know that this site has a mission every year and we beat the hell out of it. :rock:

I am confident that we are going to have a really good image this year because all of these submissions are wonderful. But alas, we have to vote on one of them so please take a second and make your choice known.

The images are going up anonymously, just vote your heart.

This is the explanation that came with the image:



The idea behind this design is to make it look like the contributors “signed” the wall using paint. I’d like to allow people to choose their color in as much as that is possible. I have used two sample paint fonts.http://www.thedarktower.org/2009f/image4.jpg

I went with #1. #2 was great too (as are they all) but seemed a little too dark lighting wise to me. #1 just seemed brighter and more inviting but, they are all great works!!

The only reason I didn't pick 2 was because it's too tied to the first book. I figured something more ...ambiguous? would be better. But I do agree with the 50% who picked it based on the strength of its presentation.
