There have been many great short stories King has written over his long and prolific career. You can't include every one. Where's "Survivor Type"? "The Ledge"? "Quitters, Inc."? And so on.

I havent read the other novels yet.except Nona and Here there be tigers

Nobody said anything about the scariest short story (although it is pretty freaky). This is the best short story, according to TDT.com.
